Mk4 Mondeo Parking Sensors Not Working. Just bought a 2010 Mondeo Tit X, everything is great apart from the parking sensors. When you put it in reverse I get a long beep, and the ON light flashes on the dash button. I have checked all sensors and they dont seem to vibrate as advised on a post here. It has front and rear sensors. The beep when 'Flashed' the lights with ignition off did indeed put all the road lights on. I wasn't aware of that feature. Thanks for confirming that it's normal. Going back to the original fault. And test each bulb to see if it's blown. Well, the car is coming up to 5 years in September and ive only had it 4 months and although the warranty that came with the car didnt extend to aircon leaks, I basicly put it to the garage that regardless of if it broke before they sold it to me it is something that should have been checked by them and working before they sold the car.
